In this project, the homeowner’s goal was a complete renovation and facelift of her kitchen and her primary bedroom. We were tasked with keeping the existing cabinets and appliances, but transformed everything else in the kitchen, adding new counters, new hardware, draperies, wallpaper and a high-end, high-gloss paint on her cabinets.

We started with 15 year old cabinets and transformed them into modern day beauties with antique wire mesh inside the doors, which added a nice texture and a brass element to tie-in with the hardware.

We redesigned the counter layout on the existing island to allow for better legroom and seating, and designed a separate nook with custom floating shelves for a mix of cook books, modern and vintage accessories and her celebrated oil paintings.
